Nurses Network by Quality Home Health Care has openings for Arizona-licensed Certified Nurses Assistants (CNAs) to perform Home Health visits. We have immediate needs to fill in Prescott Valley and Verde Valley! Position Summary Performs Bathing and ADL assistance to clients in their homes in accordance with Medicare, Arizona, and Federal regulations and guidelines. Contributes and participates in care coordination and patient-centered care as a part of an interdisciplinary clinical care team of nurses, therapists, CNAs and MSWs. Minimum 6 months of experience; recent experience preferred, but not required. Arizona Driver’s License. Vehicle to travel to the patient location and proof of auto insurance. Level-one Fingerprint Clearance Card. TB test and clearance. Current CPR certification.
