Locum tenens opportunity Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible: Family Medicine physician Internal Medicine physician Medicare-focused patient population (65+) Need is for 3-5 days per week; client is open to considering various availability Monday-Friday schedule Potential phone call responsibilities Average patient volume of 15-18 patients per day Comprehensive, team-based primary care model Focus on chronic disease management, preventive care, and social support Provide both in-clinic and virtual care Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and interdisciplinary team members Emphasis on addressing social determinants of health, including housing, food security, and loneliness Work alongside another physician and three advanced practice providers No APP supervision required EMR: Athena Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
