As a Regional Director you will inspire your teams, cultivate partnerships across the network. You are leading by example in driving execution of the vision, operational decision making with strong focus on client experience and hospitality. Your success will come from a sense of ownership of your business, growing leaders and creating a culture of collaboration, accountability and sense of pride as part of our Maison.ResponsibilitiesManage delivery of KPIs, Operational Excellence and our Retail signature.Achieve sale budgets and diversification targets for the regionEnsure your region is an example of best practice as per brand guidelines.Create specific business plan per boutique. Facilitate discussions with boutique managers to drive the business plan, through frequent boutique visits, regular communication and ongoing support.Coach, develop, and maximize the success of all boutique managers and their teamsDevelop new business ideas that elevate clientelling opportunities as per business metricsPartner with your VP and Human Resources on staffing and development issuesP&L management including monitoring and controlling boutique business expenses to improve resultsManage operational execution (Policy and Procedure)Ensure Loss Prevention policies and practices are being followed within the boutiques.Perform special projects as designated by management.QualificationsBachelor’s degreeAt least 10+ years of multi-store retail management experienceAffinity for luxury goods; Watch and jewelry experience a plusDemonstrated leadership abilitiesAbility to manage a P&LStrong communication, decision-making and problem-solving skillsChallenges the status quo; is able to present a different point of viewHigh level of etiquette – business and socialAbility to travel extensively (80%)Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)SAP preferredInternet applicationsRichemont offers a generous compensation and benefits package for eligible employees.
