General Manager(7818) - 110 W. Foothill Blvd Full-time Job Category Org: Store General Manager Job Duties Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler, prepare all products, use all proprietary technology, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete associated paperwork, clean equipment and facility approximately daily, orient new hires and provide ongoing on‑the‑job training for all employees on store products and procedures. Responsible for inventory counts, scheduling, and staffing the store. Manage food and labor during shifts and maintain effective team communication. Provide verbal and written instructions and communicate with customers and co‑workers both over the phone and in person. Essential Functions/Skills Accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide; make correct monetary change. Strong verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order processing. Motor coordination for precise, rapid movements. Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Work Conditions Exposure to varying weather conditions during trash removal and outside tasks, in‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F+, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Sensory requirements include telephone use, near and mid‑range vision, depth perception, and differentiation of hot and cold surfaces. Temperaments required: directing activities, performing repetitive tasks, collaborative work, working under stress, meeting strict quality control standards, dealing with people, analyzing data, making judgments and decisions. Physical demands: majority standing tasks, walking on ceramic tile and linoleum, work surfaces 36”–48” high, short distance walking. Deliveries between store and vehicle and to customer locations. Bulk product deliveries handled by hand truck (up to 50 lbs). Carrying and lifting tasks (e.g., cans, pizza sauce, trays). Driving for deliveries within a designated area. Pushing, pulling on dollies, climbing occasional stairs or ladders. Repeated bending, stooping, and crouching at assembly stations; reaching above 72” and downwards for shelving. Hand tasks involve eye‑hand coordination, forearm and wrist use, and manipulation of pizza peel, rolling cutter, and cardboard boxes.
