Senior Client Service Associate – Little Silver, NJ We are seeking a Senior Client Service Associate to serve as the liaison between clients and Financial Advisors, ensuring a smooth client experience across all financial processes. Responsibilities New Client Onboarding: Ensure accurate completion of prospect/new client paperwork and set-up, follow up on funds transfers, maintain Salesforce database, research and resolve issues with broker/dealers and vendors, record assets into blotting tool. Client Relationship Management: Dialog with clients to understand their history and financial needs, prepare account transactions (trades, deposits, withdrawals, RMDs, etc.), determine and communicate client requests, handle issue resolution including death claim processing, coordinate with client’s tax or legal counsel. Client Review Prep & Follow‑Up: Gather client data, prepare materials for client meetings, conduct tax research (1099s), complete follow‑up requirements. Industry/Company Knowledge: Demonstrate knowledge of WEG’s Suitability Guidelines, operational processes, and sales model; understand financial terminology and products, including annuities, mutual funds, SMA, fixed income, stocks, options, alternative investments, hedge funds, and charitable giving practices; attend client services and company educational events. Team & Corporate Support: Assist advisor team operations to streamline processes, complete operational projects, communicate process and sales updates to the team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services or related industry. Minimum 2 years of client‑facing/customer service experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or comparable software. Familiarity with Salesforce (preferred). Experience with Schwab, Fidelity, and/or Raymond James platforms (preferred). Ability to meet deadlines, remain flexible under pressure, and prioritize work. Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and superior verbal and written communication skills. Compensation Base salary range: $60,000 to $70,000 per year, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Benefits Health, dental, and vision coverage (full‑time employees and families).
