Foster Care Case Manager — Flexible Schedule & Impact

TFI Family Services is seeking a Foster Care Case Manager to support children in state custody and the families caring for them. You will move each child toward permanency, safety, and well-being while coordinating visits, court involvement, and community resources. You will manage 14-20 caseload with regular visits, collaborate with courts, schools, and therapists, and complete timely documentation.
