Earn $29–$31/hour + 10% Shift Differential + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Machinist I to set up and operate a variety of manual and CNC machine tools. This role involves machining metallic and non-metallic parts while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in a clean, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up fixtures in both manual and CNC machines
• Operate manual and CNC machines including lathes and milling machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and specifications
• Select tooling and determine feeds, speeds, and depth of cut
• Secure tooling and position workpieces in appropriate holding devices
• Load and run CNC programs
• Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges
• Inspect parts to ensure compliance with specifications and tolerances
• Complete required production and inspection documentation
• Maintain quality standards and support efficient production processes

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of machining experience required
• Experience with manual and CNC machine operation
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Good vision for inspection and computer-based tasks

Work Environment

Clean, well-lit, air-conditioned manufacturing environment. Must follow all safety procedures and maintain a strong focus on safe machine operation.

Pay Range: $29 to $31/hr plus incentive and 10% shift differential
