Founding Recruiter

Indianapolis | Onsite — Midtown Plaza, Carmel | Direct-Hire Staffing

Uncapped commission. No recruiting experience required. Real mentorship.

Recruit 619 is relaunching in Indianapolis, and we're hiring our first recruiters — onsite at our Midtown Plaza office in Carmel. If you've got sales instincts — even untested ones — and you want a career where your paycheck reflects your hustle, not your tenure, keep reading.

The job:

Find great people. Match them to great companies. Get paid every time you close.

What we want:

• Competitive, coachable, comfortable on the phone

• A closer's mindset — recruiting is sales with a conscience

• No ceiling on how hard you want to go

What you don't need:

• Recruiting experience (we'll teach you)

• A perfect resume — we care more about hunger than pedigree

What you get:

• Base + uncapped commission

• Direct mentorship from a leader with 30+ years in the industry

• A real say in how this company gets built — you're founding this desk, not inheriting one

This is not a "wait your turn" job. It's a "how fast do you want to grow" job.
