Physical Therapist Outpatient Martinez, GA. The role emphasizes outpatient therapy, including assessments, building caseloads, and implementing treatment plans across various orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Must have outpatient physical therapy experience; new graduate or 1+ year experience required.
• Schedule: Shift from 10 AM to 7 PM on at least two days, and 8 AM to 5 PM on Fridays. The other two days can be either 10 AM to 7 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM, totaling a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Position includes duties such as screening and building caseload, performing gross motor assessments, and treating conditions like Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tears, Post-operative Back Pain, Fractures, and more.
• The role involves outpatient therapy treatments including gross motor assessments, orthopedic interventions, and neurological rehabilitations.
• Submission requirements include verifying certifications and experience at the time of application.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
