This position involves providing emergency health care services across a wide range of cases, from minor medical injuries to critical trauma. Key Responsibilities of the RN - ED - Emergency Department

• Assess patients' clinical conditions and prioritize actions in serious situations.
• Initiate emergency measures in the absence of a physician.
• Operate and monitor emergency care equipment such as infusion pumps and ventilators.
• Administer therapeutic measures as prescribed, including medications and IV therapy.
• Record patient observations, interventions, and coordinated activities with other disciplines.
• Document healthcare requirements and assign tasks matching staff skills.
• Plan, develop, and document care delivery and implementation.
• Maintain unit supplies, equipment, and a safe environment.

Requirements of the RN - ED - Emergency Department

• Minimum of 3 years experience in emergency care.
• Current Oklahoma or Compact RN License.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Successful completion of pre-employment credentialing (Background Check, Drug Screen, etc.).
• Ability to physically meet job demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
