Project Manager - Highway/Roadway

AECOM is seeking a Project Manager to be based in Orange, CA for a critical role in our organization.

Responsibilities include:

Managing and administering highway and roadway projects
Providing leadership and strategic guidance
Ensuring project adherence to design specifications, budget, and schedule
Overseeing project administration from budgeting to closeout
Developing and implementing project management plans
Coordinating with internal departments for seamless execution
Conducting regular project status meetings
Managing and mitigating project risks
Preparing and submitting all required project documentation
Collaborating with business development teams
Mentoring junior project management staff
Ensuring compliance with regulations

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field + 8 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional Engineer license
Ability to communicate and lead department staff
Minimum of 8 years of experience with increasing leadership
Experience in business development and client relations
Project management experience in highway projects
Excellent written and oral communication skills
