Job Responsibilities Transport repossessed vehicles safely to designated drop yards or auction locations Provide support for field repossession agents when needed Operate rollback tow truck safely and professionally Maintain a safe, clean, and fully operational truck Perform basic vehicle inspections and ensure equipment is in working condition Follow all company policies and safety procedures Perform other duties as needed Experience & Qualifications Tow truck / Rollback experience preferred Clean driving record required Must pass pre-employment and random drug testing Strong communication and professionalism Basic computer / smartphone skills Must be a team player Licenses / Certifications (Not required prior to hire but required for the position) Valid Texas Driver's License Valid TDLR Consent Tow License (or ability to obtain) Physical Requirements Able to sit in tow truck for prolonged periods Ability to load, secure, and unload vehicles Must be able to lift heavy equipment when needed Must have good mobility Ready to Join the Team?
