Independent Health System is seeking a pulmonologist to work in Findlay, OH (1.5hrs from Detroit).

Four day week and $100K sign on!

Benefits and features:

• Base salary: $500,000 - $550,000 / yr
• Uncapped productivity bonus: $84 per wRVU
• Signing bonus: $100,000 ($50,000 in Year 1 and $50,000 in Year 2)

Job/practice description:

• Pulmonary physician
• Location: Findlay, OH (1.5hrs from Detroit, MI)
• 150-bed, 16-bed ICU, 18-bed CCU, Level III Trauma Center, Level III ODH Heart Care Center, 12-bed Acute Rehabilitation Unit
• Predominantly outpatient pulmonary practice. Asthma, COPD, Interstitial Lung Disease, Lung Cancer screening, etc..
• No call responsibilities
• Flexible full-time schedule (45 days per week)
• Hospital-based clinic located adjacent to the ICU
• 24/7 in-house hospitalist coverage
• Perform a broad range of pulmonary and critical care procedures, including:
• Endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS)
• Robotic bronchoscopy
• Thoracentesis
• Chest tube placement
• Central line placement
• Ventilator management
• Collaborative pulmonary & critical care team with strong specialty support
• Physician-led culture with local decision-making in an independent health system

Profile background:

• Board certified / board eligible pulmonology
• Ability to hold an Ohio state license
