Office Assistant
The Office Assistant at Jensen's LeMars Ford will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role requires great attention to detail and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Cash receipts
- Data entry
- Light accounting
- Other duties as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience or coursework in basic accounting or bookkeeping is highly preferred
Hours:
- 4 hours per day Monday-Friday
- Saturdays 8am - 5pm
Benefits:
- $16.50-negotiable per hour paid weekly based on experience
