PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN OPPORTUNITIES

Overview of the Position

· Location: Our Primary Care Facilities

· Regions: Western and Central Pennsylvania, and Western New York

· Employment Type: Full-Time

· Work Schedule: Day Shifts, from 7/8 AM to 5 PM

· Compensation Package Includes:

· Sign-On Bonus

Central PA - Carlisle | Chambersburg | Hanover | Harrisburg | Lititz

North Central PA - Wellsboro | Williamsport Area

Northwest PA - Bradford | Corry | Kane | Seneca | Franklin

Southwest PA - Hermitage | Pittsburgh | Washington

West Central PA - Altoona | Bedford | Somerset

Western NY - Jamestown

Qualifications

· Medical Degree (MD/DO)

· Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Residency Program

· Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (or board-eligible for recent residency graduates)

· Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License (or eligibility to obtain one)

· DEA Certification
