CNC Operator I - 1st Shift

Location: Sussex, WI
Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: Starting at $18.00+/hour , based on experience

We're seeking a motivated CNC Operator to join our growing team in Sussex, WI. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with CNC or manufacturing experience-or an individual eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced production environment. You'll receive hands-on training while working with advanced CNC equipment to produce high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate 3-axis Multicam CNC routers to cut raw materials to production specifications.

• Pull and cut materials using a TigerStop saw.

• Read cut lists and load the appropriate CNC programs.

• Perform secondary operations, including pocketing, deburring, cleaning holes, and finishing parts.

• Inspect parts throughout production to ensure quality standards are met.

• Identify and report program, equipment, or production issues to the appropriate personnel.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Assist team members and support other departments as production needs require.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machining or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

• Experience using hand and power tools.

• Ability to read work instructions and follow production specifications.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.

• Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

• Willingness to learn and develop new manufacturing skills.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift and move up to 40 pounds.

• Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.

• Safely operate machinery while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
