Responsive RecruiterProvide opportunities for community integration. Document all day-to-day activities and ensure required documentation is completed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with individuals, families, coworkers, and outside agencies. Assist clients in maintaining a clean home. Ensure individuals receive their medication and document accurately. Assist individuals with meal preparation. Take individuals to their doctor appointments and ensure documentation by providers is completed. Work to implement the goals of the individuals. Engage with ongoing training requirements, at least 24 hours of annual training required. Exhibit a positive attitude. Be flexible and a team player.
