Position Overview As a Licensed Home Inspector, you will perform residential home inspections in accordance with Florida state requirements and company standards, deliver same-day reports, and represent the Pillar To Post brand with professionalism at every inspection. What We’re Looking For Active Florida Home Inspector License (required) Positive attitude and strong work ethic Enjoys working in a team-oriented environment Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently Reliable transportation and a valid Florida driver’s license Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and professional Comfortable using technology (iPad-based reporting systems) Responsibilities Conduct residential home inspections and related services Communicate findings clearly and professionally to clients Upload and deliver reports same day Follow company policies, safety standards, and code of conduct Maintain inspection tools, equipment, and vehicles in a professional manner Work scheduled inspection slots, including at least one Saturday per month Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay , paid weekly Performance-based compensation structure Medical insurance (company contributes 50% of the premium) Vehicle allowance Continuing education reimbursement (50–100% of approved courses) Errors & Omissions, General Liability, and Workers’ Compensation coverage Long-term growth opportunities with a top-ranked franchise Why Join The Danny Logue Team?
