About the Role: The Relief Associate plays a critical role in supporting various operational functions across departments to ensure seamless business continuity. This position involves stepping in to assist with tasks and responsibilities during peak periods, staff absences, or special projects, thereby maintaining workflow efficiency. The Relief Associate must quickly adapt to different roles and environments, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving. By providing reliable support, the Relief Associate helps minimize disruptions and contributes to the overall productivity of the organization. This role is essential for maintaining high service standards and supporting team members in achieving organizational goals. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial machinery. Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks as required. Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment. Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights or weekends, as required Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial drying environment. Familiarity with industrial drying equipment and maintenance procedures. Basic knowledge of quality control processes and documentation. Certification in workplace food safety or equipment operation is a plus. Boilers license is a plus Responsibilities: Provide support across multiple departments as needed, including but not limited to Packaging, Blending, Dryer Operations, Warehouse. Assist with documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel. Communicate with supervisors and team members to understand priorities and adjust workload accordingly. Support special projects and initiatives by performing assigned duties efficiently and effectively. Skills: The Relief Associate utilizes strong organizational and communication skills daily to manage diverse tasks and interact with various stakeholders effectively. Adaptability and problem-solving skills are essential for quickly adjusting to different roles and resolving issues as they arise. Time management and prioritization skills help balance competing demands and ensure timely completion of assignments.
