ABOUT US:

POSITION SUMMARY
The position plays a key role in supporting providers in a primary care clinic setting. This position is responsible for patient intake, obtaining vital signs, maintaining accurate documentation, and assisting with daily clinical operations to ensure efficient patient flow. The role serves as a primary point of contact for patients during their visit and helps create a welcoming, organized, and professional clinical environment. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential to success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform patient intake, including obtaining vital signs and updating medical history.
• Prepare, stock, and maintain exam rooms and clinical areas.
• Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and established care plans.
• Accurately document patient care and mange records within the electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Support daily clinic operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with patients, providers, and staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Nebraska license
• 2+ years healthcare experience
• EMR proficiency
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual (Spanish): Preferred, not required
