Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A specialty pharmacy located in Grand Rapids, MN seeks a licensed pharmacist to fulfill a contract position for 8+ weeks. This role offers a blend of retail and long-term care pharmacy duties, providing a dynamic environment for a licensed professional to contribute to direct patient care in both settings.

Location:
Grand Rapids, MN

Schedule and Hours:

• Monday to Friday with rotating weekends
• 30 to 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications and counsel patients in a retail pharmacy setting
• Manage and support medication therapy for long-term care residents
• Ensure accurate and compliant prescription processing
• Provide immunizations and other patient care services as required
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Minnesota Pharmacist license
• PharmD degree preferred
• Immunization certification and CPR certification required
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification is a plus
• Previous experience in retail and long-term care pharmacy preferred
