We are currently seeking a Carpenter apprentice/ Carpenter helper to join our team specializing in high-end new home construction, residential remodels, and additions in the Pittsburgh area. Responsibilities

• Operate tools to cut, shape, and smooth lumber according to specifications
• Collaborate effectively within small teams alongside a master carpenter
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and procedures
• Travel locally within the Pittsburgh area for project sites

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Hands-on experience with carpentry materials and techniques
• Skilled with electrical and hand tools as well as measurement instruments
• Strong commitment to safety compliance
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Good physical condition, stamina, and dexterity
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years’ experience in residential carpentry
• Experience working collaboratively with a master carpenter
• Strong physical stamina suitable for demanding work conditions
• Effective communication skills
