Responsibilities include: Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating Provide respectful, compassionate support to residents living with dementia and memory‑related conditions Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the appropriate team members Assist with mobility, transfers, and maintaining resident safety Engage residents in meaningful activities and memory care programming Help maintain clean, comfortable, and welcoming living spaces Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care team members Document care and updates using electronic resident charting systems Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or GED required One year of experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Ability to complete required annual in‑service education and training requirements Comfortable using technology, including electronic resident charting systems Compassionate, dependable, patient, and committed to providing exceptional resident care Eligible employees enjoy access to: Medical Insurance Vision Insurance 403(b) Retirement Plan with discretionary employer match Life and AD&D Insurance Short‑Term and Long‑Term Disability Insurance Accident and Critical Illness Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Join a Team That Makes a Difference At Thorne Crest Senior Living Community, every caregiver helps create a place where residents feel safe, respected, and cared for.
