Senior IT Helpdesk Technician - Onsite & AV Support

McKinstry is seeking a Senior Helpdesk Technician to deliver hands-on support to employees in Seattle and remote sites. You will resolve hardware, software, and systems issues with a focus on customer experience and effective prioritization. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of deskside support, strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 knowledge, and experience with SCCM/Intune and Azure AD. On-call rotation and in-office 7:00 AM–3:30 PM shifts in Seattle are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr International Executive Service Corps
