You will work in a fun, fast-paced, and fluid environment. You will need to bring a creative mindset, detail-oriented focus, and strategic acumen in your approach to building and growing long term business partnerships across brands and their partners. What you’ll do:Support the revenue growth of your verticals at SnapCollaborate with cross functional leadership on strategic initiatives to ensure advertiser health and depth across key lines of business.Lead an account management team consisting of managers and individual contributorsDrive team accountability to organizational goals through effective implementation of input metricsPartner with sales leadership to define headcount strategy; implement to ensure accounts and teams are resourced to maximize positive impact to the business and revenue goalsServe as an executive presence to high-value customer conversations focused on deep product or performance topics, including being a touchpoint as needed for our strategic clients at the Director, VP, or C-Level.Act as a thought leader on Snap’s product through an understanding of our client’s perspective; proactively advocate for product enhancements that will grow revenue or create new opportunities.Highlight and scale best in class work to drive consistency, elevate team’s depth of knowledge, and functional expertiseIdentify opportunities to create new expertise or build functional skill sets; partner with Sales Enablement to influence and implement training programs at scaleFoster a culture that values and upholds Snap’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusionKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Strong business sense and industry expertise, with deep expertise in performance marketingExcellent mentoring, coaching and people management skillsAbility to lead multiple projects with strong attention to detailStrong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify key opportunities and transform them into actionAbility to work in a fast paced environment and adaptable to changeMinimum Qualifications: BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study or equivalent years of experience12+ years proven experience taking complex data and evaluating success metrics to create data stories that drive campaign performance or12+ years working with clients to understand the brand strategy, product attributes, main competitors, and major issues facing their business while performing in-depth data analysis that deliver both short and long term strategiesExperience in the digital media industry with a focus on performance and brand marketing, ad-tech, programmatic in real-time bidding marketplaces, or a related field2+ years of management experience of advertising professionalsPreferred Qualifications:A passion for Snapchat as a user and knowledge of our ad productsIf you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don’t be shy and provide us some information.Default Together Policy at Snap: At Snap Inc. we believe that being together in person helps us build our culture faster, reinforce our values, and serve our community, customers and partners better through dynamic collaboration. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position.These pay zones may be modified in the future.Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):The base salary range for this position is $229,000-$343,000 annually.Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $218,000-$326,000 annually.Zone C:The base salary range for this position is $195,000-$292,000 annually.This position is eligible to participate in a sales incentive program.
