$80,000 Base + Commission (OTE $160K+)

Safe and Sound Security is seeking an Account Manager with a passion for building relationships and delivering modern security solutions to businesses across Northern California.

We are a trusted security system integration partner with over 200 five-star reviews on Google and Yelp and more than 15 years of success in California. Our team specializes in cloud-based security platforms and AI-driven technology to help organizations protect what matters most.

Due to strong product-market fit and growing demand, we generate more inbound leads than our team can handle, and we're looking for a high-performing Account Manager to help us serve new and existing clients.

What You'll Do
  • Manage and convert a high volume of inbound sales leads (no cold calling required).
  • Build long-term relationships with customers across IT, Facilities, Construction, Education, and Local Government.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, designing modern security solutions that create real business value.
  • Maintain and grow accounts using tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Develop your professional brand using LinkedIn and social platforms with company support.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and operations so you can focus on selling, not paperwork.
What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in security, low-voltage, IT, A/V, managed services, or IP-based solutions.
  • Experience selling to IT leaders, facilities teams, schools, government, real estate, or construction.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competitive, coachable, and relationship-driven.
  • Comfortable managing multiple deals and inbound activity daily.
  • Long-term mindset with interest in growing a territory and becoming an industry expert.
  • On-site availability in Walnut Creek (Mon–Fri, 8–5). This is not a remote role.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $80,000 Base Salary
  • $160,000+ On-Target Earnings (realistic first-year potential)
