Senior Manager, Payroll & Expenses

Oversee the company’s payroll, corporate credit card program, and cash operations functions. Ensure all activity is accurately recorded in the financial statements and supervises accounting staff. Serve as primary payroll accounting lead for new-country and regional expansions, establishing compliant payroll processes, controls, and accounting practices. Oversee administration of the Corporate Travel & Expense (T&E) and Purchasing Card (P-Card) programs. Develop, implement, and maintain corporate T&E policies, procedures, and internal controls. Partner with Finance Systems, Treasury, and IT teams to enhance and maintain financial systems. Oversee the cash accountant to ensure accrual and payment of corporate card expenses. Lead strategic Payroll and Corporate Expense initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 10 years of relevant payroll and accounting experience. Prior direct or functional management experience required. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary. Effective leader with excellent oral and written communication. SAP experience preferred. High attention to detail required in managing analytical tasks. Ability to analyze, solve problems, and adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.
