In this job, you will:Support development and integration of radar subsystems and components to meet platform mission objectives Requirements development, analysis, maturation and implementation, translating customer requirements into hardware and software specifications Performing functional and performance analyses of Technical Performance Measurements (TPMs) and Key Performance Parameters (KPPs)Maintaining and balancing budgets of key radar performance metrics (losses, accuracy, sensitivity)Development of mathematical algorithms for mode/sensor implementation Supporting development of software to model behavior of systems in real-time and constructive simulations of sensors and other platformsSolicit input from various stakeholders, synthesize data, and communicate results to various levels of leadership within the organizationPerform mission engineering activities to ensure continuity between desired operational capabilities and delivered system performance, through the Systems Engineering “V”. Ensure performance capabilities of new systems and architectures are traded against cost and mission requirements and assess operational effectiveness of existing and emerging systems and capabilities in representative operational environments.
