Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab/EP

Job Summary: Provides specialized nursing care to patients in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, supporting diagnostic and therapeutic cardiovascular procedures. Responsible for ensuring patient safety, equipment readiness, and effective communication with the medical team. Responsibilities: Administer direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients undergoing cardiac procedures. Monitor and interpret physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and therapeutic interventions. Maintain equipment functionality and ensure all necessary supplies are prepared for each case. Communicate continuously with physicians regarding patient conditions and procedural progress. Document patient status and procedural details accurately throughout the case. Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance quality of care. Qualifications: Hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred. Possess an active state Registered Nurse (RN) license. Maintain current BCLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications. Have at least one year of clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab or Critical Care setting. Demonstrate strong patient assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
