Temp-to-Hire - Packer - Durham
We're looking for dependable warehouse associates to join a growing team in the Durham area. This position focuses strictly on packing, repacking, and reboxing products in a clean warehouse environment.
Position: Packing Associate
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $17.50/hour
Pay Schedule: Weekly
Responsibilities:
- Pack products according to customer and company standards
- Repack items into new packaging as needed
- Rebox products for shipment or storage
- Inspect products and packaging for damage
- Apply labels and prepare boxes for shipping
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and good attendance
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Stable work history preferred
