The quickly increasing customer demand and platform expansion, both DoD and FMS, is driving a factory capacity ramp that will nearly double the current throughput expectation of the AIM-9X factories. The leader of AIM-9X production will lead as part of a program strategy that divides the production, depot and transition-to-production (TTP) efforts between program managers who will partner effectively to achieve individual contract success, and AIM-9X program success, while managing shared factory resources and leveraging procurement synergies. This position requires proficiency in leading dynamic production problem solving, cross functional teams, managing a high visibility effort, driving communication of project goals/objectives/decisions and results to team, customers, and leadership.This role offers a unique opportunity to be a key leader on an effort that answers an unprecedented demand for one of the most recognizable franchise programs at Raytheon and one of the most successfully combat proven weapon systems ever.
