Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. The Warehouse Clerk will assist with receiving, shipping, inventory tracking, data entry, documentation, and coordination with drivers, customers, and internal departments.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to accurately handle shipping and inventory information.

Monday-Friday

Location: Carson

Key Responsibilities

Receive and verify incoming shipments, products, and materials.
Prepare and process shipping and receiving documentation.
Enter shipment, inventory, and order information into warehouse or transportation management systems.
Check quantities, item numbers, labels, and paperwork for accuracy.
Prepare bills of lading, delivery receipts, packing slips, and other shipping documents.
Coordinate with warehouse personnel, drivers, dispatchers, and customers regarding shipments.
Schedule and coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments as directed.
Track shipments and update records with current status information.
Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records.
Investigate and report discrepancies involving shipments, inventory, or documentation.

Assist with organizing and filing warehouse and shipping paperwork.
Communicate shipment delays, damages, shortages, or other issues to the appropriate personnel.
Answer phones, emails, and general inquiries related to warehouse and shipping activities.
Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform other warehouse and administrative duties as assigned.
