Staff Accountant

Seeking a Staff Accountant to manage fixed asset accounting, including asset capitalization, capital project setup and tracking, and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts. Responsibilities include recording monthly financial transactions, monitoring budget variances, and supporting financial reporting. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
• 12 years of experience in general accounting, financial reporting, or budgeting (preferred)
• Hospital or physician practice accounting experience (preferred)
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
