Weekend Caregiver Position

We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and physically capable caregiver to support multiple private-pay clients throughout the day on weekends. This role is ideal for a caregiver who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and is confident managing client transitions, mobility support, and varying care needs across multiple homes.

Benefits include mileage reimbursement, weekend differential, travel time, company parties, competitive salary, and flexible schedule.

12-hour weekend shifts are available with a schedule of Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The shift type involves multi-client coverage, typically 2–3 clients per day.

Key responsibilities include providing hands-on personal care, safely performing transfers, traveling between client homes, assisting with mobility and fall prevention, communicating clearly with clients and staff, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Required qualifications include bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, proven experience with hands-on transfers, physical capability to assist clients with mobility needs, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, strong time management and punctuality, and CNA or HHA certification.
