Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a Relationship Specialist to support client service and portfolio work for Prime Capital Endowments & Foundations. Working directly with the President, this individual will gain experience serving nonprofit clients and contribute to selected projects that help the practice grow. The role offers close collaboration with experienced colleagues and increasing responsibility as skills develop. This is a hybrid role, with a preference for working in the Plymouth Meeting office at least two days per week. Candidates should be willing to attend in-person client meetings and travel occasionally. About the Practice Prime Capital Endowments & Foundations helps nonprofit organizations and philanthropic families align investment strategy, mission, and governance. The practice serves endowments, private and family foundations, faith-based organizations, schools, healthcare organizations, and donor-advised funds. Its capabilities span Investment Management & OCIO Solutions, Mission & Impact Strategy, and Governance & Philanthropy, combining institutional investment resources with customized service and direct access to experienced professionals across Prime. Key Responsibilities Partner with Prime’s centralized investment and operations teams on investment-model updates, portfolio reporting, and third-party manager analyses across public and private markets. Help design and implement mission‑aligned portfolios with the President, centralized investment team, and sustainable investment resources. Support this work through mission-focused investment policy statements and assessment of impact measurement reports. Client Service and Administration Support client relationships by preparing meeting materials, participating in meetings, and coordinating responses and follow-up with the President and Prime advisors. Coordinate routine account administration and maintain accurate client records, working with centralized operations and custodians on onboarding and account requests. Practice Development Assist the President with selected business‑building projects, including writing proposals and RFP responses, preparing advisor materials, and improving team processes. Qualifications 2–4 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in financial services supporting endowments, foundations, or other institutional or nonprofit clients. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience; coursework in finance, economics, investments, business, or a related field preferred. Foundational investment knowledge demonstrated through college coursework, relevant financial services experience, or CFA candidacy. A CFA designation is not required. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and Word; ability to learn CRM, portfolio reporting, and other financial technology platforms.
