You will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).**Essential duties and responsibilities:*** Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and recommending products.* Drive sales through effective demonstrations, upselling, and cross-selling.* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.* Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.* Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and promotions.* Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.* Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment.* Assist with product selection, provide information, and showcase products.* Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.* Maintain flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.* Enforce company policies and perform other assigned duties.* Perform other duties as assigned## Pre-Requisites :**Qualifications:**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
