Aloha! Our Hospitality division is growing and we are looking for On-Call Event Setters to join our team for upcoming events. This position is On-Call as it is based on when there are events so it is perfect for those who are already working and looking for flexible work.

The Event Set-Up team assists in setting up meeting rooms, banquet halls and exhibition halls for different events.

Schedule: Looking to Start as early as Thu 1/15/26 - hours varies
Pay: $20.00 an hour, Weekly pay!
Location: Ala Moana/Waikiki

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up meeting rooms, banquet halls and exhibition halls as outlined by the Facililties Manager.

• Proper care, movement and storage of all equipment such as tables, chairs, stage, etc.

• Ensure that all decorations have been set properly according to the Facilities and Event Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Frequently lifts/carries up to 50 lbs.

• Demonstrate ability to work as a team member. Team work and communication.

• Attention to detail and desire to help where needed.

• Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors.

• Comfortable with labor duties including but not limited to standing, walking, push, pull, lifting, kneeling for long periods of time.

• Must be able to report to work on time if not early.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience preferred but not required.
