Salary and Benefits Base Salary: $150,000. Additional compensation may include incentives, bonuses, and stock options. Job Posting End Date June 30, 2026 Work Designation Depending on your location within the continental US, this role may be hybrid or remote . Hybrid: live within 50 miles of Aflac offices (Pennsylvania / Southern New Jersey); expected to work in office at least 60% of the week. Remote: live more than 50 miles away; expected to work from home; occasional office visits may be requested. Qualifications Self‑motivated Demonstrated successful sales record Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders Proficiency in underwriting, risk analysis, and associated financials Excellent presentation, oral, written and interpersonal communication skills Action/results oriented Strong background in employee benefits, specifically absence management, disability, and life Ability to influence outcomes Education & Experience Required Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field Life and health licenses required for all assigned areas 5–7+ years experience selling group benefits to large and national employers 3–5 years of absence management sales experience including FMLA and PFML 5+ years experience with top national size segment producers Or equivalent combination of education and experience. Travel Less than or equal to 75% Principal Duties & Responsibilities Establish, manage, and maintain long‑term relationships with key national account producers (brokers/consultants) within assigned territory. Conduct site visits and capabilities meetings with assigned producers to achieve sales targets. Prepare multi‑functional teams and conduct finalist meetings on key opportunities. Develop and execute plans to increase/gain opportunities and introduce products/services to targeted producer partners. Develop and execute sales plans to increase sales revenue and market share for assigned territory. Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to achieve sales objectives aligned with the organization’s strategy. Maintain strong understanding of all products, services, and operational structure to identify and target sales growth opportunities. Cultivate and close large case cross‑sell opportunities from assigned in‑force Aflac block of business. Provide market intelligence, feedback, and process improvement recommendations to support a positive company image. Manage assigned expense budget. Monitor current and emerging market changes/trends; assess impact and collaborate with management to incorporate solutions. Maintain sales call data in appropriate systems and complete sales reports. Meet or exceed all sales goals for assigned territory. Act as key resource by educating partners on company products and services. Support relationship management retention efforts and look for cross‑sell opportunities. Carry out duties in compliance with all state and federal regulations, licenses, and guidelines.
