Regional Floating Restaurant Manager
The Real Milk & Honey
Thompson Hospitality is seeking a Floating Restaurant Manager to lead restaurant teams across multiple locations in the DC/MD/VA region. You will drive guest experiences, coach managers, support openings and events, and bring fresh energy to each location. This role requires 50–55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. You’ll mentor site leaders, implement best practices, oversee staffing, food quality, safety and financial performance, travel between locations, and build strong #J-18808-Ljbffr The Real Milk & Honey
