Lead and refine ABA programs with fidelity and innovation. Supervise and mentor RBTs, fostering growth and excellence. Track progress, analyze data, and adapt plans proactively. Partner with families to ensure cohesive, compassionate care. Contribute to team meetings and help shape our evolving practices. Uphold ethical standards and stay current with best practices.
