Position Summary

As a Caregiver, you will play an important role in supporting residents with their daily needs while helping create a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Assisting residents during meals
• Supporting medication and treatment administration as assigned
• Performing housekeeping and laundry duties
• Encouraging participation in social and recreational activities
• Building positive relationships with residents and families
• Assisting with training and mentoring new team members
• Supporting resident health, safety, dignity, and overall well-being
• Performing other duties as assigned

This position includes evening shifts, every other weekend rotation, and occasional holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or High School students with CNA license
• Passion for serving seniors and helping others
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous caregiving experience is welcome but not required
• Willingness to learn and participate in training programs
• CBRF certifications preferred
• Medication Administration certification preferred
