Overview The Strategy & Private Equity Value Creation Manager (PEVC) – Industrials is a senior role responsible for guiding clients through complex transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. The manager develops strategic frameworks to help clients make informed decisions, maximizes value, and leads teams in delivering high‑quality client service. Responsibilities Lead strategic planning and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring initiatives. Analyze market trends and assess business opportunities to guide client decision‑making. Develop strategic frameworks that optimize client outcomes in deal‑making processes. Manage client service accounts and drive engagement workstreams focused on value creation. Mentor and coach team members, leveraging their strengths to enhance performance. Utilize financial modeling and scenario analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities. Conduct competitive and industry trend analysis to support strategic recommendations. Collaborate with clients to develop and implement post‑merger integration strategies. Review and refine business plans to align with client objectives and market conditions. Facilitate difficult conversations with stakeholders to address conflicts and issues effectively. Minimum Qualifications At least a bachelor’s degree. Minimum 4years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications and What Sets You Apart Master’s or MBA in Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Law or a related field. Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. Strategic planning skills that drive value creation. Experience in post‑merger integration and corporate development. Travel Requirements Up to 60% travel. Compensation Salary range: $99,000–$232,000. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
