Server Assistant
Native Fine Diner
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Server Assistant/Back Wait to join our front-of-house team. This is an active support role focused on helping servers provide smooth, attentive service while maintaining a polished and organized dining room. This is a part‑time entry level position and high school students are encouraged to apply! Responsibilities Assist servers throughout service Maintain water service and guest table needs Clear, mark, and reset tables between courses Run food and assist with beverage service Maintain clean and organized tables and service stations Anticipate guest and server needs Complete opening, closing, and side work What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Friendly and professional Hardworking and attentive Team-oriented and respectful Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Willing to learn and receive feedback Available weekday evenings and weekends Restaurant experience is preferred but not required. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning professional service and eventually developing into a server role.
