In this role, you will provide critical care to patients in a stepdown unit, focusing on those with acute leukemia. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Flexibility in scheduling is required, as shifts may rotate between days and nights based on unit needs.
