Controller - Family Office Washington, DC-based Single Family Office seeks an experienced Controller to oversee accounting, financial reporting, cash management, and financial operations across multiple entities, trusts, investments, and personal assets. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial management for multiple LLCs, trusts, and investment entities Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Coordinate with external tax advisors and support tax preparation processes Monitor passive investments, review manager reports, and prepare analyses Oversee financial matters related to personal residences, including mortgages, taxes, insurance, and expenses Assist Principals with financial, investment, and charitable matters Requirements 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience CPA required Prior family office experience required Strong financial reporting and analytical skills High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail Advanced Excel and QuickBooks proficiency; Bill.com experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr The Quest Organization
