A Pizza Maker creates pizzas by stretching dough, adding sauces/toppings, and baking them according to recipes, while also prepping ingredients, maintaining a clean station, following food safety rules, and sometimes handling orders/customers in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Key duties include preparing dough, monitoring ovens, stocking supplies, and ensuring quality and consistency for every pie. 

Job Responsibilities

• Pizza Preparation: Stretch dough, apply sauce, add toppings, and bake pizzas according to standard recipes and quality.
• Ingredient Management: Prep ingredients, monitor freshness, label items, and help manage stock.
• Kitchen Operations:
  Operate ovens, maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, and follow food safety/handling procedures
  .

Order Fulfillment: Read order tickets, assemble pizzas, bag/tag orders, and assist with serving/delivery.

Customer Interaction (Optional): Take orders, answer questions, and handle transactions at the register. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work quickly and calmly in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math, recipe reading, and measurement skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Experience with kitchen equipment.
• Good communication and teamwork.
