The Bridal Stylist is responsible for delivering an exceptional, personalized shopping experience to each Bride-to-Be, ensuring they feel confident, celebrated, and supported throughout the process. This role requires excellent customer service, strong sales skills, and sharp attention to detail. Stylists must be self-motivated and confident, with a passion for creating memorable experiences and upholding the Luxe Brands standard of excellence.

Hourly Compensation: $16/hour, plus commission. Total potential earnings can reach up to $25-$32 an hour!

Key Responsibilities include guiding brides through the gown selection process with professionalism and enthusiasm, maintaining expert-level knowledge of designers, fabrics, fits, and alterations, achieving personal and team sales goals through upselling and relationship-building, managing appointments and client communications effectively, maintaining visual merchandising standards and boutique cleanliness, processing transactions and assisting with inventory management, representing the brand with integrity and positivity in all interactions, and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements include full-shift availability on Saturdays and Sundays, 1+ year of customer service and sales experience, preferably in retail or soft-lines, proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal English to effectively interact with clients and team members, ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods, proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office, and must have reliable transportation and the ability to report to the office by scheduled shifts.

Preferred Qualifications include experience in bridal or luxury retail, familiarity with Apple/macOS systems, and success in commission-based sales environments.
