Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in an acute care setting and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients based on established protocols and standards.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and clinical symptoms, documenting changes and communicating with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to protocols.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety and compliance policies.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in an acute care facility is preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications:
  
  
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required.
  • AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification is required.
  • AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS certification is required.

Work Schedule

This position may require night shifts, with options for 36 or 48 hours per week. Candidates must be willing to work as required.

Additional Information

Experience with EPIC electronic health records system is mandatory for this role.
