Front Office Manager, The Village Lodge

Year Round Responsibilities Oversees and manages the daily operation of the Front Office, including Front Desk, Bell, Concierge, and Shuttle. Responsible for financial, employee, and guest service goals of the department. Qualifications Four-year college degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of hospitality supervisory experience, with management experience in the hotel industry preferred. Experience in a Mountain and/or Destination Resort hotel preferred. Strong written and verbal skills required. Strong working knowledge of business software with emphasis on MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visual One. Strong work ethic. Ability to effectively communicate to guests, employees, and management. Ability to perform under pressure and with deadlines. Ability to solve problems using common sense and hotel policy. Offers of employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
