Your main responsibilities Manage customer relationships and address their requests Prepare quotes and communicate with overseas offices Coordinate with suppliers and the warehouse regarding local deliveries Track air and ocean shipments Issue customer invoices Liaise with U.S. suppliers and customers, from order tracking to shipment completion (FCL, air freight, or LCL consolidation), prepare import and export documentation based on the mode of transport, relay instructions to subsidiaries/agents, issue invoices, etc. Desired profile You have expertise in air and ocean freight,You have excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills, Terms of employment Position based in Miami (USA)Permanent contractStart date: Immediate #J-18808-Ljbffr Uloop Inc.
